I'm wondering if the 88s still have the MKIII/IV 'honky' mids thing going on? :hmm:

I've been searching for info about the GB-88, but can't find much. "Mids heaven" sure sounds nice! :drool2:

Anyone played through both? Would love to hear some thoughts...

Anybody have any info? Guy on reverb won’t sell to me since I have zero feedback. There’s a iPhone video on YouTube, but is hard to get any good reference.

Basically looking for a tonebender sound with less fuzz and a little more behaved. My Lucifer Rising is cool, but feel like the fuzz even set to zero is too much gain for a rhythm sound.

Won't sell to you? That's crazy.

He says he’s wary of selling to people with zero feedback and didn’t respond to my original message I sent 2 weeks ago.

It’s fine. I’m not bent on it. Been trying to sell it for a minute, so I’m guessing he’s not concerned either.

Just hate trying to buy these pedals with no demos high price tags and sellers that think they’re a gatekeeper.
