D*A*M Fuzzaround!!! ...and a bit of dirt.

Post by SBlue »

The Fuzzaround arrived today. Of course I had to get a group shot. Unfortunately, there's another MK-II and 1966 that didn't make the picture(a good friend is using them for a session).
The Fuzzaround is flat out ridiculous! Now I think the pedal is under rated. een after the 359872 pages Fuzzaround thread!!! The pedal just grabbed me by my throat, and heart, and I just cannot stop playing it.
Again David and Linzi done an unbelievable work... one could call it art!!!
Just for kicks, I'm also posting a picture of a Hohner Tri Dirty Booster that I've just got... really cool too, and I was searching for one for a long time.
Well, I'm just too happy, having the Fuzzaround and the TDB arriving the same day!!!
Cheers!

Thanks JP! got to keep that family together.
The Dragonfly is actually the # 010. Been told this one is the only made with this enclosure brand... don't remember the name ....
Anyway, here is the hand written insert, even knowing it might not be the one you've asked for...

Nice shot! I was drooling over that 808 when it was at auction, I'll bet that is a nice one to have.

Ha!!! Small world!
I've got it not too long ago... about 7 months, maybe. I also believe this pedal went through at least three different homes before getting to me.
I really like the way it sounds. A bit different from the original Fuzz Face and the other replicas I have, which is good,
gives another flavor to the recipe.
Cheers.

I was wrong about this Dragonfly being #001, but nevertheless, that DnF's got a interesting back ground.
CONAN's DragonFly!

I wonder where the Conan's MeatDLX's at now. I wish I had money to buy it a several month ago . . .
