and were they all in the same style box? Were any produced in lets say a RR or MKII style housing?

As far as I know, all the same box. As far as colors, I don't remember the adjective in front of the colors, but I can think of green, red, copper, hammerite, black, and pink. I'm no expert though.

There were also Fuzzrongs in orange and grey hammertone.
And somewhere out there is one in grey hammertone in the small 1590B enclosure.
