Hey Guys.

Just wanted to hear what D-A-M model you would recoment to be the best fuzz to play bass over? And are there models that are not suitible at all, for bass?

I play a 73' Rickenbacker.

Cheers from Denmark!

Ps. Sorry about my bad english :badteeth:

My experience:

Discontinued:
Ram Head - very good.
Zeke - very good.
MKII - Not so good.
66 - Not so good.

Current:
Fuzzrong - Not so good.
Meathead Standard - Ok
Meathead Deluxe - very good
Super Bee - Ok
Sonic Titan - Odd. The one I had sounded amazing with a very low output bass I had, but bad with everything else.
Red Rooster - Works very well, not a fuzz per say.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I have considdered buyin a meathead deluxe.

But ive tested my one of my good fellas's meathead deluxe, and it didnt say anything!!?

It was only blocking my signal when turned on.

We then played guitar over it, and then it worked fine.

Im a little confused.

Is something wrong with his meadhead?

Agreed. I had an old Japanese made SG copy that sounded God damn huge with the Titan....my other basses don't really dig it so much as a standard bass dirt.

Ezekiel or Meathead Dark. I would probably more highly recommend the MH Dark. They're in production and the design of the pedal is genius.

Has anyone tried Fuzz Sound Mk3? I think it may preserve low end like current Sola Sound Tone Bender, which is also based on MkIII circuit.

I guess that Mk1, 1.5 and 2 suck bottom end.

Watch me send 3 bass players looking for a ram head.

Here is my favorite ramhead demo, fretless-> Ram Head -> WIN

I liked it so much I made it my theme song.
