Information regarding the Wait lists and ordering

PLEASE NOTE - All wait lists are now closed and will not re-open again until May 2009. We have a lot of pedals to build and I very much doubt any will re-open before that time.
I will not be taking any advance names for the lists that open again at that time. I will only start taking names again in May.
The wait lists take a lot of time to manage and arrange. If I continue to constantly take names for future orders the wait list times become less and less accurate. I feel this is unfair so the sensible option is to close the lists down, as we have done now, and then re-open them once our current orders are nearing completion.
We now have a "mailing list" feature. You can subscribe to this to be informed of new happenings regarding wait list status.
We will also continue to list a few pedals on our eBay store the times & dates of which will be listed in the "D*A*M Direct" section of our forum prior to the listings actually starting.

Okay, so you want a D*A*M pedal....heres how it works.
We operate a wait list for each type of pedal we build. Each wait list is limited to 25 names. Why 25? Because we make the pedals in batches of 25 pieces. Once we have 25 names on a list further names will then be added to a second/third/forth list of 25 and so on. The status and approximate waiting time for each list is shown below. If we close orders on a particular pedal due to large influx of orders this too will be listed in the information below.
If you wish to be added to a wait list send us an email via the email link on this site. Please include your full name, address and email address. Paypal is the preferred payment option but cheques and money orders are also accepted.
No payment need to be made until your pedal is ready to ship but cheques and money orders need to be cleared into our account before shipment.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery and arrive 24 hours after posting. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail's International Signed for service and take between 5-7 days to arrive. It can take up to 2 weeks in some circumstances depending on your destination and postal service within your area. Please note, this service requires a signature upon delivery.
