Yep, it’s 7.7k 9500 winds.
Made the boy child do it, he seems to have a good attention to detail

MKIV point to point. Still deciding on transistors.... they all sound good, it’s hard to choose a flavour. I have a mix of OC45, OC75, OC76 CV7007 & maybe a few Russians
First MKIV build for me. I had one years ago and gave it away as I didn’t like it. Pre-internet days, so didn’t have any idea it might be worth something one day. Not sure what was wrong with it - the one on the bench leaves it for dead.

Nice! I really want to try winding my own pickup at some point. I might experiment with one of the many ones I’ve got stuffed in a drawer.

Bulb flashes and I get a high pitch squeal with the "tremulant" engaged, not much else
Itching to start working on it

Not sure, hope so though.
So far I've only replaced some dead/drifted electrolytics which cured the squeal and its now producing some swirling sounds on the low notes at least.
Will have to look into the circuitry in more detail when I have some more time
