Buzz a little Henry

Post by Salesman » Wed Jun 01, 2016 2:45 pm

So those anyone know what fuzz Henry Vestine of Canned Heat used?
I know they had some locally built TNT amps that were quite big.

But still it has to have a fuzz circuit there somewhere...?
This was also quite early in the world of fuzz around 1967-1969.
And that kind of narrows it down abit.

I think Canned Heat went to England in 1968.
I know they saw Cream and Fleetwood Mac and Henry wanted to go in that musical direction.
So could it be a Tonebender Pro MKII?
I feel I get quite close to the sound with a MKII...

So maybe Canned Heat visited Macaris?
