Here's a nice demo that my cousin graciously did which showcased
Ian's excellent dizzy tone (Elka) pedal. Also, a brief demo shootout
between Ian's pedal and the colorsound reissue (1972) tone bender which uses 2 bfy NOS 60's silicon trannies and one NKT214 NOS 60's germanium transistor. Although i don't think there are any real winners here. Kind of an apples and oranges thing going on. BOTH great pedals in their own way!! Enjoy. Using a relic nocaster and played through an all original 1959 Fender Deluxe amp.

very nice scott! will have a good listen to them all tonight but i'm liking the start of the first clip with the sustain turned down, the beast can be quite mellow at times

Thanks Ian. And yes it is very 'greasy'. This pedal is very versatile. From a biased 'crunch fuzz' to an all out extreme fuzz.
