are there any really legit clones of the GE Fuzz Face that could nail this sound?
I don't really follow FF clones, but I have always loved their tone.

EdKoppel, that is the 64,000 dollar question! Well you're not going to get it from anything analogman. Maybe Dave has something out there that gets close. Not sure though. I wish i knew. Anyone else here know? Yeah and the video and audio really don't do it justice. This thing is a large and thick sounding wall of fuzz.
