D*A*M Meathead - simple, monstrous and sexy as hell

Post by The GAS Station »

Well, my Mrs got me a D*A*M Meathead for my birthday which is in a couple of weeks.

Quick Soundclick Demo =) http://www.soundclick.com/util/getplaye ... 12359&q=hi

It arrived today so I decided to plug it in and have a play…….. OMFG!!!
It is voiced like a complete beast, seriously thunderous on notes and it just screams through leads. A complete doom pedal for sure.
I like to think of it like this, if pedals had personalities then the Meathead would definitely be the serial killer of the pedal world. It’s just completely crazy in a brilliant way.
What else could I ask for, simple, monstrous and sexy as hell……… did I mention that I’m really enjoying this pedal. :zgrin:
You guys make a COMPLETE winner!!!!!

Thanks for hooking me up. The Mrs was wrapped to get it for me, now she gets to use my Analogman Sunface which the Meathead kicked off my board.
I'm lucky enough to have a woman who's a gear head also. :headbanger:

Great clips as always man. :tu:

Can't wait to see what you'll do with the next D*A*M's you'll acquire.

How did you get the tremolo effect on that soundclip? Was it before or after the fuzz? Thanks for the clips and great pictures. I'm now salivating :drool3:

Cheers Fellas.
The trem was after the fuzz, and it is a Monster Effects Swamp Thang.
