please excuse my lack of knowledge on this, but what pedal is the fuzzrong based on? I know nothing about the history of this pedal and it's tone. thanks for any info. you guys,errrr,,, 'sickle' might have for me. :hihi:

It is based on the Mosrite Fuzzrite.

thanks rocket. now i gotta a little more research to do. I think i've seen those on ebay. From the late sixties? very cool tone from what i've read.

Yes, they're nice for the right thing. It certainly took me a long time to get used to it and it is still at the outer fringes of what I normally play. The group I am sitting in with this summer plays a lot of music in the Stooges genre so it comes in handy for that. That New MK II David built is the cats ass though, as far as I'm concerned.
