The Freaks of Nature
Shameless plug for my band The Freaks of Nature...
This clip is extra special... not only are we opening for the Black Lips and I got to use their Ampeg SVT stack (which sounded pretty darn good with my Supa Tonebender, IMHO), but my wife and camera operator get's consumed by the mosh pit that erupted (Thank gods she is just fine!!) and like a true Irish lass, she doesn't drop the camera or spill a drop of beer!!
Hope you enjoy it!! We sure did!!

Sounds great! Good songs and great guitar tones - what more could anybody want out of life (except a resilient wife)?

Re: The Freaks of Nature
Thanks much! It was a lot of fun!
I have been playing through little bass amps, so it was a treat to play through a big monster. I had it on 3 and the pedal maxed, so I had to stand back by the drummer just to hear him. It has me rethinking what type of amp I need to save and try and get. That Supa TB is perfect for bass!
The singer/guitar player is using my germ. Moserite Fuzzrite and the other guy makes all his own boxes.
I am just glad the wifey wasn't hurt!

Thanks Dan!redeyeflight wrote:Dude, awesome stuff man!! Where can we buy the album??
We are just having fun...though it seems to be snowballing and we are getting a bunch of offers for shows, etc. I am already so busy (Kids, biz and caring for my parents), but I always try to make time for music as it is so therapeutic(!!!). We are saving toward doing a vinyl 45, so just videos of our shows for now, but watch this space...I will let you know for sure!
