The Zoot were an Australian glam-rock band (Hush were another good one - did a killer cover of "Boney Maronie"). That's Rick Springfield (THE Rick Springfield) on lead guitar. And I grew up watching the lead singer, Darryl Cotton (who died last year), hosting a cartoon/kids show on Aussie TV.
