To quote the title of a very cool compilation of Ike's earlier sides: that kat sure could play…

Hard to know where to start with Ike (do you go back to "Rocket 88"?), but here's a good one from the early days with Tina, "It's Gonna Work Out Fine". Love the rhythm guitar here.
(Spoiler alert: for Ike and Tina, it didn't work out fine.)

(Double spoiler: What's even funnier about that song, HorseyBoy, is that MIckey Baker (who also plays on the song) claims it's not Ike singing the male part, but him. And, to me, it does sound more like Mickey Baker than Ike.)

^ Never can tell with Ike's vocals, but it's easy to pick his playing.
Two tracks from the peak of Ike and Tina, "Workin' Together" from 1971. First up is the aptly named "Funkier Than a Mosquita's Tweeter", which was allegedly written about Ike by one of Tina's sisters. No matter, Ike's got funky riffs up the yin-yang in this one. This was the b-side to "Proud Mary".
Next is "Goodbye, So Long". More funk chops from Ike and a great example of his skills as an arranger:

Good ones, Horsey. We're only beginning to scratch the surface here.
This one contains a minimal amount of Ike, but is awesome nonetheless:
