hell yeah, you know cooper!?! i havent seen him in years! he doing good? whats he up to these days? my old band bright calm blue played with his old bands one inch punch and warhammer 48k. if you see him tell him dustin from bright calm blue says hi!

Yeah, we've been working with Cooper for a few years now. He's still doing CAVE and Bitchin' Bajas. I'm a big fan of the CAVE records. Check them out if you haven't already. They're on Drag City. I envy his lifestyle, which is basically a combination of awesome overseas touring and engineering at the studio where we record. We're working out details of our next sessions right now, so I'll tell him you said hey.

Chicago Sound Space? Or is it that larger 5 story place off of Hubbard? We are at Kildare studios which started out great and now just infested with roaches and deadbeats.. looking for another spot.

It's called Red Light Studios (1648 W. Kinzie, just south of the corner of Grand and Ashland). We've been there for a long time ... probably 8 years or something. It's not bad. Might be worth a look if you're in the market for a new space.
