Haunted by Portishead's The Rip, so decided to cover it. Slowly getting my flute playing back up and running.

heh. jk. Nice work!
Seriously, multi-talented!
Were you ever a fan of?
believe it or not, this was the soundtrack to my 16-17th years…ok, a bunch of early who/kinks/yardbirds/floyd/syd/stones, too!
Some nice flute solo's in there (eg:Carpet Crawlers)…as well as Sola Sound (MkIV?) fuzzz. Masterpiece!

I don't know the original but that sounds really great
I reckon you could easily manage a bit of psychedelic jazz flute?!
I'm with ya PsychoD! Phil Collins was such an awesome drummer, what he could do with a simple Gretsch kit was unreal, masterful. The remastered versions of those early (Peter Gabriel) Genesis albums seemed to make Phil's skins work stand out more (and somehow de-emphasized Tony Banks a bit - double win!)
