Once you've got the taste for South Korean Netflix, go straight for "Kingdom". It's awesome. Possibly even start with the prequel flick, "Ashin of the North":

Same Here.

Man, The Long Walk has influenced so many films and TV shows. Really good book.
It is, read it first in '85 or 86 in high school as part of the Bachman Books. The other story Rage in that collection was also influential in a not so good way.

No murders in the building is fucking ace.

Enjoyed detectorists.

I watched handmaids tale however it’s so dark I think I’m done with it for now. Won’t watch the new season.

Young ones is always good to revisit.

That’s all I can think of for now

^ I'm halfway through season 3 on Handmaids tale and it's starting to become a chore since nothing seems to ever happen other than June making weird faces with her mouth and being breathy. Does something start to happen soon?

"Handmaid's Tale" was just too relentlessly grim for me and now seems to consist entirely of lengthy close-ups of Elizabeth Moss's face as she emotes anguish and confusion. I have nothing against Elizabeth Moss (except maybe the Scientology thing), but I do think it might be nice if producers of "prestige drama" looking for a female lead said to themselves, "Hey - maybe we could cast somebody other than Elizabeth Moss!"
