Intersting to see a Jen Double Sound and an ARBITER (without Dallas) Fuzz-Face on the same page....
Was this an ad for bargain sales ? :hmm:

Yes, but didn´t the Jen Double Sound and Colrsound stuff appear after Arbiter already had switched to Dallas-Arbiter ? :hmm:

BTW, I´d like to see guts from the Mighty Atom.... I am pretty sure there is a TBA810 inside - like in the Vox Escort.

Those prices take me back !! Although in fairness those were the days of weekly paychecks, when very few people had credit cards and hire purchase was harder to get approved. Your bank manager certainly wouldn't approve a loan for such a 'frivolous' purchase ! As I recall, apart from the professional (or semi-professional but earning good money playing pop cover versions) musicians, most musicians couldn't afford more than a few items of gear. And being British, turning up with a whole load of new gear would have been considered flash unless you had made it and were signed up to a record label

old Jen/Arbiters as well. I paid less than what a new Cry Baby Classic would cost me for mine. I still see them go for cheap on ebay every now and then.
Everything is transitional.

Funny, on the last page:
http://personal.inet.fi/surf/lorse/bell ... 74back.jpg
in the lower right corner is printed: 1-74/75
1974 would be a reasonable date, but I think the FuzzFace should read then "Dallas Music Industries" correctly....

They'll just have used an old fuzz face photo.
