used Dunlop Cry baby are still pretty cheap.
old Jen/Arbiters as well. I paid less than what a new Cry Baby Classic would cost me for mine. I still see them go for cheap on ebay every now and then.
Is that the Sound City wah face? I've seen quite a few of those and they're not too expensive as you say, but they really seem to vary as to the guts.
I was looking at one that was billed as from the 60s, but the parts inside screamed no older than 1978, most likely 1980s (just before everything got sold to Dunlop?). It's Russian roulette wit a lot of that stuff.

both, cry babys and wah faces.
mine's a wah face with a red fasel inductor. I had to replace the wah pot, but the pedal cost me only 70€ iirc.

here's a really old picture, I will take some better ones tomorrow

Wow, that was a good buy! I have an old 70s Jen w/ red fasel that cost a lot more than that. The wahface I was looking at had this weird inductor and those late 70s/early 80s caps. They were asking more than double what you paid for yours and pushing it as from the 60s so it wasn't worth it and I didn't pull the trigger. Knowledge is power in this game.

That NOS fuzz wah looks nice...very expensive, but nice nonetheless.

The components used in the Wah-Face shown, already have been around in the early 70´s.
The Ducati-electrolytic can be found in the Vox Repeat percussion, the red-brown resistors were made by Piher and were e.g. used in the Montarbo Sinfhoton too. I have a Jen Double Sound with the same white capacitors but with a Fasel inductor.
