I bought the daddy-o a few years ago
I wish I'd bought the fab-tone!
The daddy-o was awful...
Very tinny,with no real substance?

I had a Love-hate relationship with a fabtone: Massive amount of gain and cool eq, but the box was a real tonesucker.....

My wife bought me the 3 of those in '97 as a XMAS gift.
I never use 'em, but they all sound good
(and look purty on the shelf).
Even the Daddy-O sounds good you use it like a Tubescreamer.
What gets me is all the tweaking,
just crank that bitch and be done with it! -- duende

I HAVE the Daddy-O & the Fabtone. They sit in a drawer & never get used - I don't remember why. :zombiehuh:

Room of boom
I like the sound of that!
Maybe it's the music I play didn't suit it?
I must admit,it got some reasonable reviews, but I just couldn't get on with it
Left them in your drawers?
It's amazing how many pedals I have that I never use
Maybe I should sell them?
I worry tho' in case I'll have need of the one I sell!
And I LOATHE tubescreamers!
I prefer a booster of some sort for that type of thing
(I know,that's how you use a TS)
