D*A*M Blow-Up Custom Dual Bender (MKII/'66 & Super Bee Mode)

Post by hongsta »

What can I say about this masterpiece? :drool2: All I can say is that this pedal is worthy of its name and it makes my amp sound like it is about to "blow up"... Enjoy and feel free to add what you know about this pedal.

Here is what The Captain had to say (from the old ship in 2007)...
The Captain wrote:The Blow Up was one of the few dual Tone Benders that I made over the few years I had the custom shop running. The first being the Space Oddity and the last being the Blow Up.
It is something I'd like to do again as it is pretty cool having the two circuits to hand in one box......

You are a sick man Hongsta

I was the lucky owner previous to you for 3 years and bought it off forum member Kefestvog who was the original owner.
During the time I had it the SFT337 in the 66' had a problem and the Captain fixed her right up with a mullard OC76..
The Blow-Up sounds as good as it looks and I feel lucky to have been schooled in fuzz by such a wonderful creation.
Great job on the photos!
