I had another rattle with mine last night, and I just love this fuzz!! Fat, nice compression, biting but not raspy - in many ways it's the perfect fuzz pedal. The tone on this thing is just perfectly balanced too - there's no tweaking required to get it to cut through nicely, just turn the sucker up!!Sings like an angel but kicks you in the nads at the same time. Wonderful!

that was LONG 10 days that's for sure...
i only been messing with mine for about an hour.
well. . .
it's hevaier than Drag'n'fly. :blaze:
it's got some meathead fattness at lower string and nice and crispy (may be less mid ?) at higher notes. smoother, fatter and louder than D'N'F
this pedal definitely fill in the space between D'N'F and meathead ... nicely.

to be honest, I really did not understand why Slomatic started this thread knowing his style of music... Now I know. :zgrin:

can't believe this is germeniumed fuzz...
this is nothing like 1966 super bee...

guys... if you are D*A*M fan who love D'N'F and Meathead... and sound of Dave Main's pedals, then you have to have it. you can definetely tell that this is Dave Flavored fuzz. :headpop:

Seems to take about 5 days from the UK to Canada.
The worst is from the US, which usually takes 3~4 weeks.
Even from Australia is quicker.

This Bee is goddamned addictive...and in danger of usurping the five year champ the Meathead as my favourite fuzz!! Just so RIGHT - it cuts, quakes and threatens to eat my amp alive. It's a destroyer!!!

How does the Superbee do at coping some Black Keys fuzz sounds?

I like the idea of having a pedal with raspiness as well as the fullness/heaviness in the low end.

What are the tones like when/if you roll back the guitar volume?
