The red dots are usually kinda tricky to find. Luck of the draw really. Those fuckers cost me a small fortune...well, for a transistor any how.

I don't mean to pry, but aren't there 12 Head Buzz fuzzes in that shot? I thought there were only 10 made? D*A*M store maybe?

some that had other transistors in them? OC84's?

All the germ models had NKT275's. I wasn't happy with the NKTOC84 loaded units so they were pulled and switched to the NKT275's before they went out into the world. The picture shown there with the 84's is the prototype pedal.
