Great job!
The text nicely illustrates what you're up to in the demo.
I love the mix of the Holy Roller's tone & your playing.

Isn't that a charming little unit? I'll never forget the day I unpacked it and plugged it up. My god, what a sound...

Marc Bolan? Oh yes, I likes him too. 'Keep a little Marc in your heart' ha, yeah! I'm gonna have to dig those out & watch them. 'You've lost your fuzzbox now...'

You know when I sent a letter to Music Ground in '94 inquiring about the Marshall I also sent a picture of the 'Marc Bolan amp'. When they phoned me about a month later they informed me it was the HH IC100. They had the Marshall for 1,000 pounds and gave me the HH IC100 too (I figured those were probably common on the second hand market at that time, I assume they didn't fetch much either).

I eventually got rid of the HH. For a solid state amp I have to say it did have a really good sound. It's the only solid state amp I've ever heard that actually sounded good when cranked up, like a non-master Marshall. Really crunchy.

I get a way better Bolan sound out of the 'Roller & my AC30 than I ever did with that HH, though.

Bro...not easily impressed with other people's tone(and I'm talking pros, and I've been playing a while), but the "Rock On" segment is completely ass-kickin'...great job recording that with close/distant mic placement--really captures the full body of tone with just the right amount of ambiance.
Fakking ripping and well done! :tu:
