Either people had to get over how awesome these look before ordering or it took them a while to sell all their JMI pedals to be able to afford this beauty :badteeth:
Everything is transitional.

Bought this beauty today from Macari's. It sounds amazing, very cutting, buzzy, raspy, with good note break-up. Sounds as good as it looks and vice versa etc. Can also nail a great range of tones too IMO, probably my best fuzz purchase ever and I don't say that lightly. Will put it through it's paces properly on friday with a proper band jam at appropriate decibel levels, I'm sure it will cut through like a laser beam. Yadda yadda, it's getting late. Peace.

^ Having spent a bit more time with my White Devil (with the OC81Ds), I have to agree these are very special fuzz boxes. Would love to hear all of the current the Mark IVs side by side…

^ Yeah I'd love to hear that too. I also wonder what difference the OC81Ds make, more cutting and tighter sound or wilder? I was tempted to try one yesterday but the shop was too busy so just opted for the yeller (which I've wanted for ages anyway). I think these MKIVs could be one of the most underrated fuzzers in the whole D*A*Mn (sic) catalogue!

Just picked one of these up (might have been the last one?) and it is a rager!! I did need to bypass the limiting resistor on mine to get it past unity but that may have just been due to my setup? Its definitely on the aggressive side of things! Need to do some comparisons with the fuzz sound but im really liking it so far.
