That design is incredible! I love their style so much (except for the later Solid State stuff
)

Yeah, cool looking box! Not much going on in there for sure.
I wonder if part of the problem is the foam goop absorbing water and
bridging solder pads/traces? Clean it off and see what you get.

I would wait with that until the description arrives. As far as I can recognize now the sine-wave-squealing can be "normal".
Start thinking about which other electronics you want to put in this case.

I want to find one in the blue sparkle covering SO BAD. I passed up one and the matching 2x15 a year ago and I am still kicking myself for it.

Off to the Captain! Blowing off the foam with a can of air it looks like some of the trace may be fucking broken..
do you think we could get a few more pictures once you have it cleaned up a bit more when you've got time?
