dev, i also have an early Si FUZZrite like yours...It's pretty rustic, will post pics soonish.
One of the pots is totally frozen up...It's usable where it froze, but would like to replace the pot
with something from the same time period. Anybody have any spares? :badteeth:
Jerms had a go at dissecting it a while back, didn't seem to be salvagable...but might give it another try.

just got one exactly like this off craigslist- missing 1 knob but the other is the "m" mosrite type
devnulljp wrote:Here's something odd -- this is a Si Fuzzrite w/ a pair of TZ82s and 0.05 uF flat ceramic caps.
1968 pot codes, but with the switch running through the board like the earlier Ge Fuzzrites.
Never seen that before. Anyone else?
Also has the short V/T knobs off the guitars like the early ones.

Poor jerms, you're almost as blue as your Zonk. Here's mine which I picked up recently. Sounds much better to my ears than a later SI/phenolic version I had before. More mids and less ear piercing highs.
