That thing is so clean that I somehow doubt it's one that he used during the 60s. Assuming it's stock, and not some sort of unique Sola build, it's certainly a 'small board' MKII.

The colour and the enclosure :)
I guess it's also possible that it could be a MK1.5 that wasn't souped up, which is known to have happened in the case of at least one Sola MKII like this.

Some one who was involved in Page's Anthology book say's " He doesn't have his original Tone Benders, but he has period correct replacements."

If that’s the case then those exact tones from those exact pedals will never be known.
