Has anyone heard of vintage MK1 MK2 Walt Byrd effect pedals?

I was the lucky s o b who got the latest Byrd in Sweden , very good shape..all original and sounds killer.
It is very much like a fuzzface with hints of tonebender, grreat vol cleanup .
A quirk is that even in "bypass" the knobs work and it has a cocked wah sound on full, but if you dial the vol down a bit
it gets a treble boost quality :)
