Now I am trying to figure my time zone I believe you reach the 20th quicker than me. I am thinking around 7:30 AM Eastern time zone here in the States for the 12:30 PM BIN.

Looks like 6:30AM for CST in the US. Not near as bad as waking up around 4:00AM to win my 1966.
