I heard only good things about that beer. I’d love to hear what you think.
I had the Rosé de Gambrinus so far. The fruit was not as pronounced as I was hoping for and it had a sort of yeast funk back drop going on. It didn't bother me at all but I definitely could smell it. Some people commented that it was sweeter than they expected but I thought it was more on the sour side, as I found the raspberries were not coming through as strongly. I found it very refreshing and probably best served on a warm summer day. One guy went nuts and really liked it. The alcohol content is 5%. I will qualify this in that I am not really into lambics. I have 5 others to try so I can report back if you're interested.

i dont know if you can get this outside Sussex yet - but it is fantastic beer . . . . . . well its pretty good . The Rye beer and the Stout is out of this World . The red IPA is . . . MK1 good

And believe it or not - it is brewed by non other than Russel Lee- photographer of 'Level and Attack'

Very talented man

he also has an Iron Maiden tat and plays Bass very loud

Cantillon tends to be a bit more mixed fermentation/wild yeast forward than some other lambics. Either you like it or you dont! If it's not your thing I recommend drie fontenin. Especially their kriek, frambozen, or hommage. Much more fruit forward lambic than most Cantillon. Although i think youll find their kriek a bit more fruit ish than rose gambrinus.
