Just bought this. My first JMI Vox. AC10 Twin. Probably won’t be here for a couple of weeks, and then it’s straight to the tech before I fire it up, but it’s my first British amp. I’ve wanted a Selmer for so long, but this one found me first. Look at all that mustard!

It’s also got the original Elacs!

A lot of those Selmers were all point to point, making any significant repairs all but impossible. I'll bet you'll be happier with that nice, orderly turret board in the long run, and your techs will be much happier.

My friend has an SG for testing the different pickups and caps. I'll see how it sounds
there and then decide. Probably will need to get a one special cool freaky guitar and put it as single bridge.
And why not "built in" treble booster
According to Youtube the sound is full, powerful and clear. It is designed for Tommy Iommi specially for easy to play

Thanks! I had a ‘77 for most of the 90s/00s so I’m looking forward to this guy being up and running. Dropping it off with a tech next week, so we’ll see...
