You can extract a sort of 'preview' of each page, but it's too low resolution to read. What Google appear to have done is arrange a sort of array of individual pieces of each page, into one big image, on the zoomed-in pages. If you were really, really patient, you could download each individual piece, and stitch them together (or perhaps find a supernerd to write a script to do that). If there's a specific article you want, then I can put it together for you, otherwise you might be better off just printscreening and dumping each page into MS Paint, etc.
