Dull boy,
I suspect that chorus sound is, indeed, Leslie. You can kind of get there with many pedals on the market. In my most humble opinion, they really don’t get all that close as a Leslie is moving real air.. You have to play through a Leslie to experience its magic.
As to the double tracking, you can do a somewhat decent job of it with the Keeley 30ms double tracking pedal. I really like the Keeley. I can do a somewhat faux Leslie with a BJF mini-vibe, but it’s not the real deal by any stretch.

The best studio tape effect pedal I’ve played is the Strymon Deco, really nails those 60s ADT (automatic double tracking), tape flanging Beatles sounds.
