Unfortunately for average buyers, a few "extravagant" buyers are giving him reason to believe it's the way to go... No idea how long it will last.

At £9000 it seems only reasonable to not only disclose the fact that Q1 was resoldered and tidied up by Dave, but also the distinct possibility that it wasn't original to begin with.

Yep! Hanging around these parts hoovering up some tasty looking fuzz just so it can be punted on for a massive profitdaCod wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 10:03 pmrafmax wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 9:57 pm P.S. : I guess that 10k (whatever the currency) is the entry point now

Mott Street Mauler is definitely driving up fuzz prices across the board as of late...

Don't get me wrong, I'm not telling that the right price is 600 or 10k, but let's not forget that average people don't throw 800/1000€ in a pedal. So 3k or 10k is really a "rich" people league.
Good thing is that you can play decent Les Paul burst replicas for less than 150k
Same for Tone Benders, no ?

Nah, he's a solid fella. Just has the funds and can make it happen without losing his house. He'll probably sell it $20k USD next February too
