I don't follow the whole Harrison's ordeal closely, so how are they not in jail?
Back in 2012
Rick Harrison was given a 12-month sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to complete 200 hours on unpaid work.
Justin Harrison was given a six-month sentence suspended for 18 months, 200 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £2,500 in court costs.
I can imagine they both are free to do business again but anyone remotely familiar with their background and the thinnest of ethics will steer clear of them. It's hard to believe they wouldn't have known the guitars were nicked. They got off very lightly - It seems wrong that some kid who nicks trainers in the heat of the moment gets jail while these two get suspended sentences for taking part in a prolonged, deliberate fraud.
