I heard about them on (maybe) MLP when he was used by Gibson for one of their signatures (can't remember which). The pups have a good rep I think but the waiting list is umpteen years. I've seen his Strat sets sell for £500 or so.

Ron Ellis upped his game now and I think wait time is roughly three months. But he also upped the prices. I think a set of humbuckers are 700$.
