Help!! I've been looking for a Sola Sound GOLDIE MK1.5 Tone bender FOREVER.

I need one. I'm desperate for one. If you have one you’re looking to get rid of, I'm your man!

The Goldie 1.5 with OC84’s and the SCB has always eluded me either they are sold by the time I find one or have no funds at the moment. Good luck in finding one they are awesome fuzz pedals. Dave makes a killer 1.5

This ad was reproduced in the 2013 'Rolling Stones gear' book. I don't have a copy, so I can't check, but maybe the author noted where it came from? Philip probably has this book!

It doesn't give a source for the ad/image.

Looks more like a bit of a catalogue page than a press ad to me, though that's not much help - i may be wrong but manufacturers don't usually include prices with adverts, as dealers can choose whether to charge the recommended price or not, right? the 'play bass 7' thing at top right is also odd.
Were there 'Gibson main dealers' in 1962?
Handmade, high-impact, great-looking radical queer germanium fuzz. A different approach to 1960s-inspired fuzz pedals, no clones, check them out at https://goodfuzzysounds.com or on YouTube https://tinyurl.com/GFS-YT

Thank you all, and that’s a really good point regarding a catalogue page vs an advert.

There's a better resolution version of this image floating around, and the bumpy kind of texture suggests that it might be printed on a thicker type of card or something, rather than flimsy paper. There's also a visible seam from how it's been folded perfectly in half. I wonder whether this might actually be a kind of mini-leaflet that was included with a guitar/bass purchase at the time, and was kept in the case? This is purely speculation, of course...
