I can only report from the receiver side in Germany: got quite a bit this year and normally it was sth. between 18$ to 28$ for the pedals.

Of course you could theoretically contact any of the folk listed on the D*A*M website and get in queue for first available.
Personally, I've found that purchasing D*A*M overseas is somewhat more cost efficient, than it is here on my home turf.

They'll not exactly but flying out the door but it should be steady enough.
