DAM/Sola MK II Comparison

Post by redeyeflight »

Here we have a Blue Meanie, a Green Bastard, and my MK II special loaded with metal can OC-82DMs. Guitar was either my guild S-100 or maybe jims telecaster...can't remember. Amp is Jim's '69 Marshall plexi 50 watter into my modern Marshall 4X12. Enjoy!

It's Jim's Tele…can spot it at 2:15 when you press the switch on the middle fuzzbox.
Btw, holy shit, your playing is white-hot here, Dan!

Thanks Davey! Just running thru my stupid blues licks. These sound more similar on the recording but I remember distinct differences in the room.

Stupid or not, tasty blues licks + Telecaster + '69 plexi + Sola Sound/D*A*M Tone Bender MkII = Pure Magic. It's just one of those perfect combinations of the universe.

I experienced another one at Jim's place with his AC30 + 50's Esquire + Jerms MkI = Yardbirds '65!

Crazy week at work; wasn't able to watch nothing.
My mission ''catch up'' video is now done :crackjam:
This one was my last & not the least.
Sent my second payment on my Green Bastard sooner this week; can't wait :badlove:
