I use a Boss DS1 distortion and a Way Huge Russian pickle right after. There is a lot of sounds in that cheap combo.
Also, the DS1 is excellent for clean sounds.
I know it is looked down upon... still it rocks.

I agree with this sentiment. A lot of good sounds can be found with really common, popular pedals.
I’ll second Ghost too. His Buzzaround and Treble boosters are wonderful.

Agree w/ Mr. Morphine and Thunderbird, have a Supa MKII and Supa MKI respectively...both outstanding. Also Monolith, but not sure if he’s been building recently.
