Cheers, I've always been a "straight into the amp" kinda guy so, as I say, the world
of pedals (outside the bedroom) is pretty new to me ...
I borrowed a Shin-Ei FY-2 off a friend more than a quarter of a century ago and have
to admit it had been in the drawer for most of that ... I got round to giving it him back
this summer and it has ignited my interest a bit :)

I have what I think is a 1967 V828 that I could use some help properly identifying ...
some people say it's a Mk1.5 but we'll have to see

Glad to be here. I’ve been conversing privately with Electric Warrior over at diystompboxes about MKII biasing and lurking here for a while. It seems this place is more focused on the vintage dirt boxes I like as opposed to other forums so it seemed like a logical fit.
