I believe the later ones are the injection molded ones and the earlier ones are sand cast.

Now all we need is a MKI enclosure pedal to appear with MK1.5 and/or MKII innards and we can all have a lil freak out.

There's one right here and I believe one of the first 100 D*A*M/Sola MKII's have em too.

Does it have the capacitor from input to ground? Or is the missing capacitor a "Sola specification" that differentiates the Sola Sound pedals from the Vox and Marshalls?
