That's gotta be a publicity stunt. Bidders' identities set to private so that we can't unpick that it's just people within that circle of Dutch & German friends involved with the 'organisation' bidding it up. The objective being that a spectacular auction result like that will be shared around the forums, featured in JHS videos etc, drumming up hype. What's new in pedals?!

Side note, the thing looks like it’s been in a muddy mosh pit at a festival and then a horse did a shit on it

I can neither confirm or deny dropping a shit on that pedal. I am willing, however, to ship a turd in the mail to its new owner in order to both enhance the ageing process of the enclosure and improve the overall sound.Bigfoot2000 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 17, 2021 12:15 pm Side note, the thing looks like it’s been in a muddy mosh pit at a festival and then a horse did a shit on it

I wonder what Monolith Mikes pedals would still go for if people want that type of a build.

But, in fairness, it is "Probably the most „Germanium“ sound-alike silicon out there"sideasoundlab wrote: ↑Thu Aug 19, 2021 10:20 am Seems like they found a good way to make the most cash out of their products ( they listed it )
