Hole-ee-shit. This just landed today and I’m blown away. A good muff is a great thing and this is a great muff… so you do the math, because I can’t right now.

No unusable tones in this box. So versatile. Great low gain overdrivey dirt all the way up to sustaining violins. And also responds well to the volume knob on the guitar.

Top-fucking-shelf. I tip my hat and raise my glass to the good Docktor!

And this is even before I’ve had a chance to play it in a band setting.

AB165 Bassman-style preamp. Customer is in love with the sound of his AB165 Bassman but needs something mass-transit friendly. He'll be pairing it with a pedalboard power amp (Quilter or the like) and have an all-in-one pedalboard rig that can connect direct to a cab. It reproduce the Bassman preamp with FETs in place of 12AX7 triodes, running at 18V off a standard 9V supply, with an added master volume. I tested it by plugging it in to the power-amp in on a Sunn Beta and it rips!

Turbulence! Pretty much a straight Univibe-y circuit with a couple updates. Reworked the power supply to support a standard 9V pedal power input. Replaced all the electrolytics in the signal path with film caps for improved fidelity.
