Great board South! Do you tend to play the various fuzz faces one at at time or do you stack them? I usually run a boost after my fuzzes, but I never even thought to stack a fuzz face. Do you have any clips comparing the 275 Haskins with the 275 Head Buzz? It would be interesting to hear how different those two builds sound with the same transistor setup.
Again, very cool board!

I don’t tend to stack them. I just use my volume knob to control gain and a boost pedal for solos (it’s the silver YY pedal. It is a dual boost based n the super hard on made for me by faceless Fx). The black and purple NKT275 is fairly high gain but cleans up great. The head buzz NKT275 is lower gain and much more articulate on low notes, almost makes a les paul sound like a strat.

Stacking fuzz faces can be pretty great. What is awesome is running a big muff into a fuzz face. It is not as chaosy as you would imagine but a rather nice gated sound. There is a basic audio pedal that is this called Bye Bias

woah that is some serious Fuzz Face action going on there :badlove: :headpop:

I don't see a BC183 option there....hopefully you managed to grab an Owsley with the 183 trannies from the recent Direct preorder :coffee:

Loving this thing! Love it when Klinger brings out a couple of special builds. It's got that extra woolliness and comp at full tilt, just perfect at 9 and then amazing clean up between many shades rolling back, really nice
