have just finished the list - and in great detail after my last incredible mess with the Blue Meanie list ( Im sure that pedal does something to my brain ! )

So everyone should have got a very boring email saying Ive got your request - if you havent please email me again and I'll make sure your put in the right place - I have been pretty thorough though - went through the trash mail and everything .
