^ Hey Jager, 4-5 thin coats of boiled linseed oil, 2 x coats of Tru-oil and then the Birchwood Casey Gunstock wax. It's very similar to what the MusicMan guitars have goin' on.

Latest project is this PBass.
It's a 75 fretless maple neck that has a really narrow heel, so I had a local luthier knock out a custom body with heel cavity to match.
It's going to get a Nordy P pickup.

The body wood almost looks like Adirondack spruce with the straight wide grain.... is it Ash?
