Re: TITAN LUURRRVVE
The Titan really is unlike any other stompbox I know of.
"the extension of my amp" totally sums it up. Its like adding a whole pre-amp section & it totally retains the tone of your amp & Guitar but boosts everything; gain, bass, treble, mid, volume.
I spent a lot of time working out how to tune it into my different amps & guitars for maximum effect. For down-tuned heaviness I like the Volume & Drive on max & the tone at abt 2 O'clock. I posted some soundclips somewhere.... maybe on the old forum.

Volume and dirt to the max. Really, do people actually use other settings? Oh yeah, and turn that tone right down! The titan is something of an amp punisher for sure. I've been trying it out with a fully driven Matamp and thats a righteous noise right there.

Re: TITAN LUURRRVVE
You must have the world's greatest practice space. A Matamp cranked and being slammed by a Titan must have decibel power that is , dare I say it, of Titanic proportions! Wish there were spots like that in this backwater city...

I'm finding a lot more sounds in there than balls-to-the-wall-tear-off-your-face-and-piss-down-your-stylomastoid-foramen.slomatic wrote:Volume and dirt to the max. It sure gets cheeky past about 12 o'clock though...and loud too. Don't think I'd ever run it past about 3 o'clock, but I can see where that kind of intensity would work for Slomatics (great before the finale when you crash the spaceship into the sun maybe ? That cranked into a cranked Matamp? You'd need to be in a well-built concrete bunker 37 miles away to avoid the concussion... ).

The titan really is a great pedal. This is another one I discovered late in the game, as it is, and really blown away.
