DAM MKII Attack pot problem

Hi all - working on the rehab of #110 - all working except the attack pot seems to be stuck at full, ie no gain attenuation. The wiring looks fine - what could the problem be?

Replace the pot with a new one that doesn't look like it went down with the Titanic?

I used a steel bristle brush to remove all traces of oxidation then spayed with matte silver rust cap. But had to replace both pots and the switch. Ready to finish it up as soon as I suss out the attack pot…

make sure you have a solid ground connection for the pot, and no breaks in the copper strips... test continuity of the leads to the pot
